Postcard is free forever. Letter adds unlimited postcards, 50 GB and your own domain for $3 a month. Parcel covers up to five people for $6. No ads on any plan.
What happens when I use up my ten postcards?
Nothing breaks. Your letters, voice letters and everything else keep working as normal. The postcard button simply rests until the first of next month, or you can move to Letter for unlimited postcards whenever you like.
How does the Letter free trial work?
You get every Letter feature for 30 days, free. We email you three days before the trial ends. Cancel before then and you’re never charged; your account simply returns to Postcard with every letter still in place.
What does “2 months free” mean on yearly billing?
Pay yearly and you pay for ten months, not twelve. Letter becomes $30 a year ($2.50 a month) and Parcel $60 a year ($5 a month). Yearly plans cancelled within 14 days are refunded in full.
Who counts as a person on Parcel?
Anyone you invite: a partner, your kids, your parents, a roommate. Each person gets their own private @lekamail.com address and letterbox. Nobody can read anyone else’s mail. The only shared space is the family letterbox, for the things you all need to see.
Can I use my own domain, like hello@ourfamily.com?
Yes, on Letter and Parcel. Add a domain you own and we show you the exact records to copy into your domain settings. Most people are receiving mail on it within 15 minutes, and your @lekamail.com address keeps working alongside it.
If I downgrade, what happens to my extra storage and capsules?
Nothing is deleted. Every letter stays readable and every sealed capsule is still delivered on its day. If you’re over 10 GB you can still read and receive, and we’ll ask you to tidy up before sending new mail.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added where the law requires it, and you’ll see the full amount before you confirm.
